DermLite Multi-Spectral II has the largest lens in its class, a button activating colour control, a rechargeable battery, and an optional oil immersion epiluminescence with a retractable spacer.

These lights range from white light epiluminescence to surface pigmentation using blue light to superficial vascularity under yellow light and to the deeper pigmentation and vascularity with red light.
